Yesterday just before dusk I walked over to Crow Island Woods to
take pictures, and again ended up with a lot of photos of trees,
undergrowth, cedar waxwings, and other things.

A Day at Crow Island Woods
To try to get into the groove of nature photography again, I went
to a small quiet nearby wildlife and nature hotspot-- Crow Island Woods--
and took pictures of birds, insects, and plants. Since I walked away with
many more photos than I expected, I'll post them collectively as one photo
essay instead of in individual posts.
